How many homes will RiverLights have when completed?
Our almost 1400-acre master planned community has the potential to accommodate up to 2700 residences, though we project the actual number to fall around 2300.
Is the community in a flood plain?  Will we need any additional/ special insurance?
Elevations in RiverLights range from 8’ to 61’ above sea level.  However, it will always be recommended that you speak with an insurance agent with the specifics of the home site you have in mind.
Are golf carts allowed within the community?
Golf carts are certainly allowed within the community, however as the roads in the community are public, any golf carts need to be street legal.
How do I get a boat slip in the marina?
The marina is approved for up to 112 wet-slips, which will be available to residential property owners. The main finger of the marina and public day-docks are planned to be complete by Spring of 2017. The wet-slips will begin construction in stages, as the community develops.  RiverLights Property Owners are welcome to put their name on the Marina Reservation list at the Community Information Center, and will be notified when slips will be available to accommodate them.

Public dry-storage is currently available next door at Watermark Marina. Call (910) 794-5259 for details.
